
Make your flapjacks that bit nicer - if flapjacks weren't delicious enough already.
Great for a snack or for breakfast!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup of gf oats
3/4 dairy free butter
1 table spoon of tahini
2 table spoons of maple syrup
1/2 coconut sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
METHOD
Heat a pan on medium and add butter
When melted, add sugar and syrup and stir
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for a couple of minutes whilst on a low heat
Turn oven on to 180 degrees
Line a tray with baking paper and pour mixture on and flatten down.
Place in oven for 8-10 mins, checking to see if golden.
