
I’ve spoken before how much I love #hemp products. Hemp is just so good for digestion and personally find it never triggers my #ibs

Finding a good way to start the day can be hard. Some breakfasts make me feel crap, and I definitively don’t want my first meal of the day to do that! I had this granola with yoghurt and a banana and it was very nice.
The granola is VERY easy to make. I’ll give quantities but please don’t stress about doing it exactly the same ☺️.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup cocao nibs
3 tablespoons hemp oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
METHOD
place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Line a tray with paper/foil and pour mixture on it
Pat down and flatten
Place in the oven (at 180 degrees) for about 10 mins
Let cool and then place in the fridge
Break up and serve as you wish!
